The construction of the largest shopping and entertainment center is planned in Atyrau. The complex with an area of ​​48,452 square meters will appear on Abulkhair Khan Avenue, at the intersection of Madenova Street. The world famous architectural bureau, Chapman Taylor, was involved in the concept of the project. To date, preliminary sketches have been developed, the project goes through the coordination stage.
A new shopping center will open a shopping gallery with international and Kazakhstani brands, entertainment areas, including a cinema, restaurants and cafes. Convenient location in an actively developing area and unique architecture will make the complex a new point of attraction in the city. The start of construction work is scheduled for early 2021.
