The Company has a franchise contract with a well-known international chain of Hotels InterContinental Hotels Group, providing high-class services to clients. The Holiday Inn project provides for the construction of a hotel in Atyrau with four-star comfort in 146 rooms with a total area of 11 852 m2. The project began at the end of 2019, the opening of the hotel is scheduled for December 2021.
Another project of the company is the construction and maintenance of a multifunctional residential complex, on Avenue Abulkhair Khan, Atyrau, which is one of the new stages in the development of a modern city. The comfort level of the apartment is a fully equipped business class furniture.
